The Communications Board names Ghida Dagher, CEO of New American Leaders, as a Chief Influencer.

Dagher leads New American Leaders, a nonprofit organization that aims to give tools to immigrants, refugees, and their allies to realize their potential in politics and civic engagement. The organization is dedicated to training immigrants and descendants to run for office, pursue appointments, and lead campaigns.

Dagher emphasizes the significance of authenticity and inclusion, drawing from her own experiences and the organization's work. Dagher explains that the "how" of representing diversity and creating inclusive environments is crucial and involves showing up in those spaces, creating partnerships, removing barriers to entry, and creating safe spaces.
