The Communications Board names Jeffery J. Mondak, renowned professor of political science at The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as a Chief Influencer.

Professor Mondak, along with co-author Matt Metler, conducted a survey asking respondents to identify statements of fact or opinion. The results showed that 47% of respondents performed no better than chance, which is concerning given the current information landscape.
