Ullman, a communications expert with over 40 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, is known for his expertise in strategic advisory communications. Ullman has previously served as Director of Global Communications for the Carlyle Group, Director of Communications for the White House Budget Office, and running public affairs at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
