Policies & Logistics

Workshop cancellation requests must generally be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the event to qualify for a refund. Processing fees may apply depending on the workshop registration cost.

Course refund eligibility depends on timing. Withdrawal requests submitted 14 days or more before the program start date may qualify for a refund minus a processing fee. Requests submitted closer to the start date are generally not eligible.
