About the Instructors
Lidia Varesco Racoma of Lidia Varesco Design in Chicago empowers organizations to make a change through strategic branding and marketing design. She is a blogger and speaker and leads branding and creative marketing workshops and courses for nonprofits, associations, and social entrepreneurs around the world. Lidia is active in the nonprofit and marketing communities, currently serving on the Communications Committee for AMA Chicago as Graphics Manager, as well as a Co-chair of the Marketing & Communications Committee for the Association of Consultants to Nonprofits (ACN). Lidia Varesco Design is a certified woman-owned business (WBE/WOSB) and celebrated 20 years in business in November 2020.
Brittany Abdool of Ona Media Company, equips brands to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their social and digital marketing efforts to create real business impact by enabling them to seize control of their data, integrating tools and processes for operational excellence, and applying a test and learn approach critical for growth. She builds and leads custom programs and training for any brand that may feel bound by the algorithms, second-guessing the effectiveness of their social strategies, seeking to break through a plateau or simply striving to elevate their already impressive work. She brings 15 years of social and digital marketing experience. Brittany served on the Board of Directors for Washington Women in Public Relations for three years before relocating from Washington, DC to Chicago.
